Bouncing Back

“Mom your butt looks flat”

Hey atleast she was sincere. That’s what 13 12 months olds do. They converse their reality. Granted I used to be by no means nor do I need to be a kardashian, my butt was trying “flat…”

Aside from aesthetics, functionally that’s not good. Weak glutes put extra strain in your decrease again and with my accidents that’s not a very good factor.

For 12 years I barely touched weight. I used to be ALL about physique weight, oh I labored arduous and you may with physique weight!

  • Pull ups
  • Chin-ups
  • Dips
  • Sprints
  • Stairs

All my jam.

  • Until my disc ruptured
  • Then I tore my bicep on the distal
  • Then I broke my foot

NONE of the accidents occurred due to a exercise by the way in which … lol however that’s one other story (however foot broke strolling and bicep tore swimming)

But all of them humbled me.

After a 12 months of relaxation and restoration and really gentle motion I’m a pupil once more

This time with weights

  • My power is returning
  • My glutes are exhibiting up
  • My ache goes away

And Penelope, mothers getting a BOOTIE!
