Eric Kendrick is one of those who roll their eyes at the low declaration of the NFL on the death of George Floyd.
You can add veteran linebacker for the Minnesota Vikings, Eric Kendricks, to the long list of people who were unhappy with the NFL statement after the death of George Floyd.
With the troubles and protests taking place in the United States, Kendricks is calling on the league to do more than just issue a “two-sided” statement and really step up.
Kendricks had a not-so-subtle message for Roger Goodell and the other NFL superiors, calling them as a whole in the process.
.@NFL What measures are you really taking to support the fight for justice and the reform of the system?
Your statement said nothing. Your league is built on black athletes. Vague responses do nothing. Let the players know what you are really doing.

Eric Kendricks and Vikings hope to facilitate change
These are the words of a young man who is furious at Floyd’s death, and how the league he plays for decided to handle things at the same time.
In follow-up tweets, Kendricks said the Vikings had open dialogues and committed to working with local organizations to “facilitate change”. However, he still calls on the NFL to do something too.
“But we want answers at the league level,” he said. wrote on Twitter. “This is where change can happen, and we haven’t seen any. Because right now, it doesn’t seem anything. And nothing is unacceptable.
“You cannot bring people in to teach us how we should interact with the police, but not to change the behavior of the police themselves. Silence will not make this go away. “
Hendricks arrived in Minnesota in 2015 and has been a defensive pillar for the Vikings since. He appeared in 74 games, making 70 starts. He has recorded at least 100 tackles in each of the past four campaigns. As strong as he has been on the ground, he is now determined to bring change and make more impact.
